To reduce environmental impact, we do not provide hat boxes. Instead, we use clean, recycled boxes.

Standard shipping rates for hats do not include insurance. If you require insurance, please contact us before placing your order.

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is received.
For custom orders, out-of-town situations, vacations, or other special circumstances, we will notify you of any changes to the shipping date.
